This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

- All orders are processed within 1โ4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.
Please note: During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
๐ Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within South Africa only.
- All deliveries are fulfilled via Bob Go, using reputable courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time is 2โ7business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery timeframes may vary for:
- Outlying or rural areas
- Areas affected by courier delays or weather conditions

- Standard Shipping: Flat rate displayed at checkout
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (as advertised on the website)
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
- Scentuary Fine Fragrances cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the courier.
๐ธ Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of deliveryย with clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us so we can open a courier investigation. Resolution times depend on courier processes.
